Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns

We want you to love your Ledge Lube products! If for any reason you're unsatisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your Ledge Lube product for a different one, we’ve got you covered! Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. The cost of shipping the item back to us will be covered by the customer, but we will ship your exchanged item back to you free of charge.
